My study colleagues and me took part in the Linz Triathlon in Upper Austria – it was sooo exhausting I can’t even tell you!
We did not win the first place – but we went through with it and gave our best and that’s what counts!
Guess what guys! I have a boxing subscription now. It’s an 8 weeks course, with 16 session of box training, indoors and outdoors – you choose. Aaaaand it’s only girls!
I’ll keep you posted after my first session!
So last weekend I visited the Powerlifting Club near my home and went for a session with the strongest guy and gals in my region. Unbelievable how much a person can squat, lift and bench!
Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger is an Austrian-American actor, film producer, businessman, former bodybuilder and politician who served as the 38th governor of California between 2003 and 2011. As of 2022, he is the most recent Republican governor of California.
And most importantly, for me he is the epitome of bodybuilding.
