We love surfing and we noticed that we are better surfers when we practice yoga on a regular basis. Yoga increases the flexibility, balance and strength you need to become a good surfer and feel comfortable on the board.
When you listen to yourself, everything comes naturally. It comes from inside, like a kind of will to do something. Try to be sensitive. That is yoga.

We would like to invite you to practice yoga with us on our brand new yoga deck! The new space is open, airy, light with high ceilings and a minimalistic soft colored concrete floor. We have designed the space in such a way that it will positively enhance your practice. The great sunset views are a nice bonus!
We’ll be offering an energizing vinyasa flow class in the morning to wake up your body and get your energy flowing. The morning class is a great way to set the tone for the day ahead. In the late afternoon we offer a gentle yin inspired class creating a relaxing meditative atmosphere to prepare you for a restful night’s sleep or recharge you for a night out in the town.
Yoga is available for all levels. So even when you never set foot on a yoga mat before, we got you covered! Yoga mats and props available.
Our yoga classes are also available for non-Layback guests. So feel free to join! We offer drop-in rates, memberships and we offer 5-10 class passes too!
