Wave of Happiness is a boutique surf & yoga camp, located in the heart of Sri Lanka. With the beach only a few minutes away from our doorstep, surfing is part of our daily routine. Yet, despite of its buzzing location in the midst of local life, Wave of Happiness is a quiet getaway for surfers and travelers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wave of Happiness is much more than just a place to stay when you visit Sri Lanka. Our tranquil oasis is a place to recharge after a long day at the beach, to breathe and relax, to be creative, to work or simply to enjoy a cold beer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have developed and created our vision of our ultimate hideaway for surfers and travelers and hope to welcome you soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Surf with us! <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Weligama is Sri Lanka’s number one destination for beginner and intermediate surfers. And guess what; the 2 km beach break is only a 5 minute walk from the hostel. Are you a more experienced surfer and are you looking for something different? No worries! Weligama and its surroundings offer 12 breaks in a 15km radius, ranging from pealing waves for long boarders to steep barrels for adrenaline junkies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoga and surfing is a great combination. Surfing demands flexibility, balance, strength and focus. By practicing yoga you\u2019ll notice you\u2019ll make big process in the water and become a better surfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The good news is at Layback you don\u2019t have to choose, because we offer both! We have a brand new intimate yoga deck on which we offer daily yoga classes for all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our house offers rooms ranging from comfy to luxurious, to be enjoyed by yourself or to share with fellow travelers. Although the hostel is located right in the heart of Weligama\u2019s buzzing centre, all rooms are quiet and allow you to kick back and relax after a day of surfing or exploring the South coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
